From our Dundee and Perth studios, our experienced teams collaborate to produce inventive and vibrant architecture in response to our client’s unique requirements. This approach, understanding and experience has ensured our continuous association with many of our clients.
Over the years we have specialised in projects on sensitive sites involving delicate planning negotiations and high quality design to achieve consent. Our buildings do not tend to have a recognisable signature, although they share spatial, formal and technical themes, particularly an interest in historical precedents and an innovative approach to structure and the use of materials. Our designs are based on a consistent approach with each project having a unique response to site, context and brief.
Every project is run by small, highly motivated teams led by a Director. We perceive design as a process subject to continuous development and evaluation. This process is maintained through regular design review involving all members of the office, encouraging objectivity, constructive appraisal and knowledge transfer.
